Case IH ProHarvest supportFor nearly 30 years, the ProHarvest program has been a visible demonstration of our commitment to keep you ready. Every harvest, Case IH dispatches a fleet of service trucks—backed by seasoned pros and stocked with thousands of genuine Case IH parts—to address harvesters’ unique equipment needs on the spot.

In addition to unsurpassed local parts and service support, the ProHarvest team provides annual operator training and orientation for Case IH equipment—and safety training for all producers, regardless of their make of equipment.

Case IH ProHarvestMost of the ProHarvest participants are less experienced producers. In fact, 70 percent to 80 percent of ProHarvest Kickoff participants are on their first harvest run, and many are young—between 18 and 23 years old. ProHarvest events cover combine safety procedures with videos and photos to reinforce the importance of taking the proper precautions during the harvest. Case IH is proud to be the only major agricultural equipment manufacturer to offer this type of training.

Rob Holland of Holland Harvesting in Litchfield, Minn., sends his crew to the ProHarvest kickoff every year.

“It’s excellent training,” he says. “They do a great job getting all these new young crew members to think about safety, and getting them in the right frame of mind. It’s very informative and straight to the point. And once you go through the training, it just feels like it’s time to start the harvest. They call it the kickoff, and it really is.”

And the ProHarvest team really goes the extra mile during a crucial time.

“They keep us running, and they’re very accommodating,” Holland continues. “We’ve had ProHarvest guys drive half the night to get us a part. They’re a good group of people taking care of us. It’s like a family. They know where everybody is, where we’re going next, and they make sure we’re okay. That’s worth a lot.”
